Where I install drains in Fuengirola
Kitchens
Waste for sinks, islands and dishwashers — routed and connected cleanly when you fit a new kitchen or move things around.
Bathrooms & showers
Basins, baths, WCs and walk-in showers, including floor gullies for wet rooms — set at the right falls so they never pool.
Utility & appliances
Drainage for washing machines, laundry sinks and utility rooms, added or moved to suit how you use the space.
Terraces & outdoors
Floor drains and gullies for terraces, patios and garages, keeping rainwater and washdown running away properly.
A drain installed properly saves you later
What a bad install causes
- Drains that block again and again
- Bad smells backing up into the room
- Slow-draining sinks and showers
- Leaks at joints, and damp in walls or floors
- Water pooling where it shouldn’t
How I get it right
- Correct falls so waste always runs away
- Properly sized pipes for the job
- Sealed, watertight joints throughout
- Traps fitted to keep smells out
- Accessible arquetas for easy future checks

Three Simple Steps
Tell me the plan
Describe your project — new bathroom, kitchen, renovation or an added drain. Plans or photos on WhatsApp help me quote accurately.
On-site quote
I check the layout, levels and connections and give you a clear, honest price before any work begins. No call-out fee if you accept.
Installed & tested
I lay the drainage to the right falls, seal every joint, test it runs away cleanly, and leave the site tidy for the next trade.
Drain installation — your questions
Do you install drains for both new builds and renovations?
expand_more
Yes — both. I lay new first-fit drainage on new builds, and renew tired or leaking waste pipes and arquetas on renovations. Tell me about your project and I’ll explain how I’d approach it.
Can you add or move a drain — a new sink, island or utility?
expand_more
Usually, yes. Adding a sink or moving an appliance means running new waste pipe with the correct fall back to the existing drainage. I’ll check what’s possible with your layout and levels and talk you through it.
Do you fit shower and wet-room floor drains?
expand_more
Yes — floor gullies for walk-in showers and wet rooms are a common job, set carefully so the floor drains fully with no standing water. It’s also part of a bath-to-shower conversion.
Can you build arquetas and connect to the main drain?
expand_more
Yes — I build or renew inspection chambers (arquetas) and make the connection into the soil stack or main drain, keeping foul and rainwater properly separated where that’s needed.
How do you stop smells and blockages later?
expand_more
It comes down to the details: the right falls so nothing sits in the pipe, correctly sized pipework, sealed joints, and a proper trap on every outlet to keep drain smells out of the room. Get those right and the drain simply works.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
expand_more
I’ll give you a clear, honest quote first — by phone, WhatsApp or in person. There’s no call-out fee when you accept the quote and let me carry out the work.
